Basically a resort for gatherings for BBQ and nice pools. Plenty of food choices. Noise can be a problem especially late into the night (1am...). Otherwise, pretty enjoyable.

Its a real resort, it has a water park, there is a big market in this resort, it is near to MRT Station, there is a big swimming pool, there is a beach just behind the resort.

But the it takes some time to reach the central Singapore, but it is a tourist sport, if you are not staying here, then you should come here some time.

"Resorts" in Singapore are not for tourists but rather for the locals to have a weekend out BBQ'ing and being rowdy. We stayed here because we didn't want to endure the high prices of most Singaporean hotels (and the cheap ones that are infested with prostitutes!). We got two uncomfortable single beds pushed together and a shower that was lukewarm at best. The aircon worked very well. The walk in and out of the resort was quite long. The good thing is that there's a food-court, 24-hour McDonald's, taxi stand, and a mall within walking distance.

On weekends and holidays, expect lots of rowdy people partying late into the night (even 4am). During business hours, the place is deserted! Housekeeping only comes once every other day (so don't throw your towels on the floor as you may need to reuse them!)

There's also a free shuttle bus (every hour or every half hour on weekends) that can take you to the nearest MRT station (Pasir Ris) which is otherwise a 15 minute walk away.

This had been a family event at the Family Suite room. It was 14Aug2011 and first day of a 3 days-2 Night package deal. I came with my family as a guest. I helped to do an inspection of the rooms condition and found some defects.

The fridge is a low-cost LG brand model and had faulty ice cube makers and broken ice cube container. A bottle compartment was also missing from the side door of the main compartment. The faulty ice cubes maker would flip over easily and spill out the water.

The door frame of the toilet entrance had broken concrete.

The worst...the TV reception is bad with radio interference pattern splashed across the screen and only showed Free-to-air programmes. No Cable TV programmes.

Be prepared to walk on Tiled flooring, the type that is found inside a public toilet.

No Free Shampoo, comb or amenities. But the management proudly declared on their wall memo that Toilet Bowls, Wash Basins are amenities provided for use. Any unreported damage found upon checking-out would be chargeable.

It's more like a Refugee Camp. Luckily, there are two swimming pools that were clean and spacious and safely guarded by Life Guards.
