Loved it. I've stayed at many Ibis locations in several countries and I can say that this location is as good as or better than any other Ibis. We chose this hotel based on location, price, and good reviews. We were not disappointed.

Our rooms were ready upon our arrival and they were clean and nice. If you haven't stayed at an Ibis before, you should know that Ibis rooms are usually small by western standards, but they do not lack for features and amenities. We were provided with all of the toiletries, refrigerator, satellite TV, and excellent wi-fi. I was able to stream video from home using the hotel's wi-fi which was included in our rate.

One thing that was really nice was that our flight landed at 7 AM. The hotel allowed us to check into our rooms at 8:30 AM when we arrived at the hotel and did not charge extra for this service. When we checked out we had a late check out... the hotel was very accommodating regarding these times.

The location is excellent. The huge Albert Center food hawker area is withing walking distance, only one block. The big market at Bugis Junction is only two blocks away. The bus depot to go to Malaysia is only four blocks from the hotel. All are within walking distance. There are many restaurants and shops, and also a 7-11 on the ground floor of the Ibis. You can get everything you might need at the 7-11.

We had short taxi rides to many areas of Singapore. The hotel has a taxi stand and taxis were always coming and going, we never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a taxi. Taxi rates are very reasonable in Singapore (compared to the US, UK, or Europe). There is little traffic and you can get around quickly. The taxi ride to the airport takes about 25 minutes and was about 25 SGD. Easy access to Clark Quay and the Geylang District.

One of my colleagues at at the restaurant in the Ibis and thought the food was excellent and reasonably priced for a hotel. The crab claw is the specialty.

Trust the good reviews on this hotel, you will not be disappointed!

I spent 3 nights in this hotel and i'm coming back there in 3 weeks.
the room are the usual in Ibis: clean, confortable, toilet working good, usual design, a/c, inroom wifi, kettle coffe/tea, safe box...
The staff is very helpfull and really professional and friendly! even the cleaners! smiling and greetings always.
The restaurant is very nice but not convenient for the price, close by is plenty of food court, food stall and restaurant. try once.
the lobby is very stylish.
location great: Bugis Mrt station is 5 minute walkyng. you can take the train directly from the airport to there for only $...note: if you have luggage dont walk trough bugis street! is crowded!
For the price you pay you can not get better in singapore.
