My family and I stayed here for 12 nights and found it to be more than adequate. The room size was good and it was clean and fresh smelling. The service from the staff was very good and the front office staff in particular were extremely helpful and informative especially when we pestered them for information we could have found with better online research!

Location wise it's pretty good too. It's only 10 minutes walk from Novena Shopping Centre and MRT and about 15 minutes walk from the Newton Hawker Centre.

A standard quality good hotel located in a pleasant street a short walk (in the heat) to Novena MRT Station and shopping centre. Stayed there on a Singapore Airlines stopover package. Bus stop at hotel entrance, but could not get information about fares and destinations from reception. Good rooms and breakfast acceptable. Late check out was readily given at no extra cost.

This hotel is well placed, near newton and septima station, and most important, near a really touristic and nice area that is the newton hawker centre (food) and near orchad road.

The hotel doesn't have much to highlight, quite normal, with big beds, big bedrooms, a bit old fashion and normal stuff (although sometimes we couldn't understand each other).

The breakfast is ok, although the staff there is quite nice though....

The most annoying thing of the hotel is the club downstaris that seems a typical singaporean 'karaoke' where business mans meet some 'local' chicks... although that's mainly the impresion that I received.

Well communicated and cheap fares by cab from the centre.

Recommended if you haven't got a family and don't plan to spend much time on it.

Very convenient , near orchard shopping center,easy access to MRT station ,the staff are very helpful and can speak english quite well, the room is very spacious for 2 person, clean and the aircon is excellent,very quiet at night time and I can 100% recommend to those would like to stay for a short time, definitely will be back in few months time and stay in the same hotel.
