Great location on quiet beach. Not as nice a beach as White Beach around the corner but a little more relaxing and still enough sand for sunning or playing- although once you get in the water its very rocky. Nice pool also on the property if you prefer. The whole place has a great relaxing feel to it located right on the beach with hammocks and lounges scattered around for lounging around. Great little bar/cafe also beachside provided good quality reasonable priced food- best Aussie pies (which may not fall into somes idea of good quality food) in the Philippines. The cocktails also were fantastic . Stayed in the new wing and rooms were comfortable, clean with nice balconies overlooking the beach. No wifi in the rooms but easy enough to access by the beach or bar. Staff are fantastic and were happy to help out with babysitting if needed, Sir Lez is also the perfect host. A perfect weekend escape from Manila! PS. Just a word of caution on trip over- if taking the direct boat service from Batangas it can get a bit bumpy if traveling with kids and may be recommended to take larger boat to nearby wharf and use the hotel transfer.
