We stayed at The Manor at the beginning of January. The Manor is located on a hill, not far from the town centre, and offers stunning views of the area. As soon as we arrived we were instantly upgraded to the best room in the house, the Presidential Suite. Amazing! A huge room with separate private sitting area and windows overlooking both sides of the hill.
Em, the manager of The Manor, is simply amazing. She is incredibly welcoming and instantly makes you feel as if you had known her your whole life. She helped us with everything, offering suggestions for excursions, arranging scooter rental, in-room massage and anything else that we may care to ask for.
The rooms are very clean, beautifully furnished and comfortable. Included in the room is a set breakfast that changes every day (we were there two nights and we had eggs on the first day and pancakes on the second). WiFi is available in the internet room, which also offers computer access for those who don't have their own laptop. There is a lovely stretch of "private" beach nearby and, in the opposite direction, access to the town centre via a free boat shuttle provided by the Yacht Club. All in all, we loved it there and were very sad to leave. A special thank you goes to Em for her excellent management skills and for making us feel so welcome. Highly recommended.
