I was there for business purposes with my subordinate, actually the room is comfortable with twin bed, queen size and single size, the room itself is very spacious. You can see the ocean and beautiful lake and sea view from your balcony room.
Unfortunately I rather uncomfortable when I open the slidding door connected to the balcony, I found the balcony is dirty and a lot of birds faces.
I asked to move but according to the staff it will be the same condition, so we decided to stay in that room but lost the opportunity to see the sea view or lake view.
Go to the bathroom, cleaning is not total, some area were still need to be cleaned and the shower is not proper installed.
Airconditioner is very noisy, both in the bed room and in the bathroom that make uncomfortable sleep.
Breakfast need to be improved, the taste is very lauzy. I have had problem with my tounge when I eat pinneaple during breakfast. The way to present also should be improved.
My great experienced in there was, when I lost my iPhone but found by one of the guest in the sofa near to the lift and given to the security - I thankfull to the unknown guest and hotel security who found my lovely iPhone.
Hope with these all comments Sunlake Hotel will improve and success in the future, promise I'll be there again someday after improvement, actually the hotel has great location with great view, it is good for business, family vacation or for romantic honeymoon.
