“A true 5 star hotel”

This hotel offers top-notch services on all areas. Staff are always friendly and professional, restaurants and bars inside the hotel always serve awesome food/drinks. Hotel rooms are also well kept and everything you need is just one phone call away. The location is also awesome as well. It is located in the middle of Hong Kong, and it is connected to the IFC Mall, Hong Kong station, Central station, piers to Macau/surrounding islands.

I would recommend everybody to stay at this hotel (at least once). They offer great afternoon tea and brunch on the weekends as well.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with the ocean view

A truly world class hotel with superb service, typical Asian efficiency and overall attention to detail. The hotel is in a great location for a business and holiday traveler to HK. All the staff I encountered over a 3 night stay were tremendous.

I consider that Four Seasons has the best hotel pool in Hong Kong - view, cleanliness , service and comfort.

Room Tip: Harbour view is preferred. City views is too close to office buildings.

“All and more than we expected”

From the convenience in location from the Airport Express, to the welcome, our wonderful room, the extremely helpful staff, fabulous daily buffet at the Blue Bar, wonderful spa and fitness, the Four Seasons and staff made our 10 day first trip to Hong Kong welcoming, accommodating, exciting and effortless.

I've stayed at Four Seasons Jakarta and Mumbai and can't say that they were that special. But the HK Four Seasons was excellent. The attention to detail up and down the line was notable. Many talk about training and service excellence, but these exployees demonstrated it. Fully enjoyed staying here. Location above the train to the airport an extra plus. Rooms were very spacious for HK.
