Beautiful hotel, very good rooms, but, poor management and lounge cofee shop, with terrible service.
If you ask for a tea pot and a chocolate cake, at lounge coffee shop, they take 15 minutes for the tea pot and 30 minutes late, I give up for the cake. Such a bad service is, not acceptable, for that kind of hotel. The tea was cold, so I give up, after complaining, and decide to have it in my room, after calling duty manager.
I ask my local travel agent, for a late check out, and they, give me a price. As I didn't confirm that day, as it was late, next morning when I told my travel agent, the price was double. Mybe because of my complaint. Unacceptable, and of course, the Conrad is out of my hotel list.

Conrad Hotel Hong Kong is one of the best hotels I have stayed at during my travels.
It's a little bit pricy but if you are looking to get a really good hotel experience I can definetly recomend it. I stayed on the executive floor and got drinks for free in the sky lounge with a magnificent view over Hong Kong bay.

We always try to stay at the Conrad because it has proven to be consistent in service and operation over the years. It is comfortable in its amenities and operation, and its excellent location is convenient and very accessible to many services..

I like the fact it is on top of the Pacific Place, a very high-end shopping mall. The mall also hosts 3 other hotels (Shangri-la, Marriott, and the Upper House), and 3 business buildings. It is also walking distance to the MTR (subway) station which is the busiest interchange of the whole system. All in all, a very good business hotel. I has a free promotional stay otherwise it would've been been a costly stay too. Amenities-wise, it got most of the things you expected to have, but you can feel that they were new 10-15 years ago. For example, you got a Bose sound system with no-iphone charger and a toilet that is about 2 generations back. Since it is a Conrad, you kind of expect a bit more.
