The Fuhao Hotel is located at No. 45 Wangfujin dajie, just 1-2 blocks north of the main shopping drag, near many old hutong, and within walking distance of the Forbidden City. The location is great. Considering that, the price, of about $50 (US) per night for a room with two single beds is quite good. The room stayed in was a bit worn, but the sheets and towels were all clean and new, and the plumbing worked fine. A decent (except for the instant coffee) breakfast was provided. Again, it is all about price and location, you wouldn't want to hang out in the room, but it is fine for sleeping.
