I found these apartments some months ago and stayed the second at this place. I stayed both times 1 week.

The apartments are very nice, modern facilities and very convenient. I used a studion room which includes always a kitchen, living area and bed area. The bathroom is also fine. You have also a washing machine. Overall: It is like your own apartment, but cleaned and servized.

I had also a very fast internet access, easy to use.

Daily service, all fine. I had one evening some friends with me, we cooked together. At the next morning I hadn't time to wash the dishes. When I came back at noon, all stuff was cleaned. Wow.

The place overall is quiet with one exception. At the second stay my apartment was to the east site. There is a huge power plant and a transportation channel. This channel was noisy all over the night. Without ear plugs, no sleep.
Furthermore the entire area is a little bit dusty, but this is more or less Beijing style.

The front desk (in another tower) was helpful.

There is also a security service at the place. Young men or women stand in uniform at the entrances. The entrances are secured by a key card system. Guests are no problem, I brought every night people with me.

The China Central Place mall and 2 hotels (Ritz Carlton and another one) are very close (3 mins to walk). Furthermore there are a lot of nice restaurants very close. The area is quite stylish, it is more or less a modern part of Beijing.

The price is unbeatable, I payed 450 RMB per night incl. services.

I will go there again.
