We have been here for 2 weeks and everything was ok.The rooms are clean and the people very friendly.We have been there each evening at the restaurant and enjoyed it.

built on a very large area, the hotel enjoys a very nice swimming pool and a nice event hall (suitable for weddings and parties).
The hotel management though suffers from a huge lack of interest, which reflects poorly on the service and the quality of offerings.

While traveling with three friends we stayed here one night. We booked an overnight tour to see the pyramids and the company we booked with had us stay here. Oh my goodness! What a beautiful resort. The rooms were great, the beds were so comfortable, and the grounds were gorgeous. We were really only there for 12 hours and we wished we could have stayed longer. We arrived around 9pm, had an easy check-in, were taken to our rooms, then walked around the property, shopped a little, and went to bed. We didn't realize the beautiful location we were in until the morning. We had a great breakfast and were then picked back up by our tour driver. I would journey back to Egypt just to stay here again!

We had read the reviews and as our taxi driver bought us past garbage areas on the way we were beginning to wonder what we had booked. But we were pleasantly surprised. It is not a modern 5 star all gleaming but rather an 1980s 5 star. The setting is qreat with a massive pool and the staff fairly attentive. The rooms we had were at the back, quite large and with all the facilities we expected. Staff kept the room cleaned and even put their hand to making designs with the towells. The restaurants seemed to have a good variety, and we enjoyed our meals, though if you were looking for fine dining you would be disappointed.
For a typical Aussie we found it great value for money.
