The hotel is excellent, great rooms, well located, close to the mall for more food options in case you decide to take your meals out of the hotel. The attention of the employees is good. It is not an economic choice, however it is a worthy one compared to what you might have heard about others hotel in Cairo. Just be carefully with the tours offered by the hotel, may not accomplish your expectations.

I spend there 1 week for business. It’s in good location, just on side of huge shopping mall. I was surprised by Christmas decorations all over hotel (with Xmas tree in a lobby as well). Good service, nice room (exec. floor), wide choice of food at breakfast – all just fine. But I was missing something, which would give this stay some flavour.. Anyway – I can without doubt recommend it for all visitors to Cairo.

I was in Cairo once again for a week of mission during last December. Got a truly clean and cozy room at the Holiday-Inn hotel, my second home in Cairo.
I have had a pleasant experience during my stay and brought good memories back home. No wonder: I had a really quick check-in by the friendly staff at the front desk. They were so welcoming to the guests and are well fluent in English.
At same day I asked to have another room, well it was done in less than 30 minutes!
I would also like to appreciate kindness and support of the staff at the transport team at Holiday-Inn hotel, whose names I forgot but they were well organized, efficient and helpful.
Hotel was in general, so clean, cozy, silent, and peaceful. There was no annoying event during my stay.
Another major advantage is the next-door giant shopping mall "City-Stars" which avails everything you need from groceries at the "Spinneys" to the various food courts, from brands and boutiques to the Egyptian souvenirs shops at new "Khan-el-Khalili".
Bottom line, no wonder my next booking will be at same hotel on the future trip. It is well recommended.
