Four Season in Cairo is gem of beauty. I stayed there in last summer before I used to stay in some other hotel but its cut above others because of its location, rooms, service, & mouth watering food, an excellent lounge bar which is beautifully decorated. If you miss the spa than you missed Cairo highly recommended. We stayed in suite called Nile palace suite which is huge spacious, we were only two I think even 10 people can stay without any problem. The time you step into you will fall in love with suite. The interior is excellent goes with Egyptian & European blend. 4 separate bathrooms gyms steam room with a bar & balcony gives excellent view of Nile & hills.The staff is well trained. What you pay, you will get more than that. Check out the Giza Pyramids and the Khan El Khalilly market near by as well as great restaurants serving authenticated Egyptian foods. The steak and sushi buffet of hotel is best in Cairo. Best location too no need to worry about safety. I can go on praising the beauty but words are limited on site. Highly recommended for leisure with great view at best price.

After the hectic Cairo traffic..this is a real oasis to enjoy. Beautiful decor, flowers, great service and a lovely spa.

This was our first trip to Egypt (ignoring our friends concerns) and the Four Seasons was a fantastic choice. Arranged via concierge to have car meet us at the airport (worth the $100 fee just to avoid the hassle) and everything went smoothly. Upon arrival we we're shown to our room by the front desk clerk. Our baggage arrived minutes later. The room is huge and we opted for the less expensive Citadel view which was actually very nice. Had a large balcony overlooking the garden district. We spent 2 nights at the hotel and everything was wonderful. Very nice gym with indoor and outdoor pools. The hotel is less then a mile from the Egyptian Museum and our first thought was to walk there along the nile. The road in front of the hotel is jammed with traffic and you really cannot cross to the other side without taking your life in your hand. We opted to take a cab which is really the only way to get around. Check out the restaurant Sequia across the river, good food, great people watching and free wi-fi. We ended up travelling to Beirut for New Years and returning to Cairo and staying at the Conrad. In hind sight the Four Seasons is a much better location and a much nicer hotel. Once you are in the chaos you need the respite of a good relaxing lobby and a cocktail to reset. Also used Sylvia Tours to set up day trips to Pyramids and Alexandria. Both tours we're excellent. This is a great time to go to Egypt and we never felt at risk the whole time. Flew down to Luxor for 2 days and that added so much to the visit.
