We booked this hotel for four nights through a travel agency at home. It was terrible. The room was very filthy, fungus in the bathroom and mildew on the walls. It almost smelled and felt like being in a swimming pool. The key broke while opening the lock. Reception told us that our booking didn't get through together with our payment. They asked us to pay again for four nights. When we refused and wanted to leave the hotel, they didn't want to give back the passports. After a huge fight and threats of calling the police, we got our passports back.
We left immediately.
