This is our second visit and first since the Evergreen Wing was built. We initially booked a Superior Room in the new building with the extra bed for our child. However a week to go we found out the rooms have no balcony and a poor view. I therefore changed the room to a de luxe in the Corona Wing, we have stayed in one of these before and therefore knew the quality.
Booked Hotel direct and they are always very quick to reply to emails etc.

Price
Not the cheapest but reliable, good location and more families and couples as opposed to single men in their 50's ...
Checking in
Very Friendly and we were in our room within 5 mins
Rooms
Large enough even with the extra bed. Large fridge, take everything out and put your own stuff in it. Go to the Tops supermarket over the road. Small Balcony though.Free WIFI
Breakfast
Free quite good, nice choice, can be busy in the morning though
Pools
Good, enough beds, good bar and food service
Drinks and Food
Very good prices both for food and drinks

Location is good, expecially now they have got controlled crossings on the 2nd road

Getting to and from BKK costs 1000bht and 900bht with MR TT Taxi Man

Summing Up

Another excellent holiday for me and my family and if we can tolerate another 15 hour flight we will stay here again

Stayed at this hotel from Feb. 25-Feb. 28 and was very satisfied. The rooms are spacious with good air conditioning and a nice view from the balcony. The bed wasn't that great, but good enough for a few nights' sleep. My room was on the side of the hotel facing the back, so I didn't have to cope with any of the late night street noise that was very much in evidence on the front side of the facility.
Two swimming pools to choose from, both well-maintained and comfortable for both sunbathing and swimming. Nice (and free) American-style breakfast every morning downstairs until 11 am. Nice lobby with attentive, English speaking staff there 24/7. Good laundry service and housekeeping, too.
The hotel is close to everything you might want to do in Pattaya and within walking distance of the beach, shopping, and restaurants. You can catch a 10-baht bus to take you all around the city from the main road, too. For trips to the nicer beaches in Pattaya, you'll have to hire a taxicab.
The only warning I would give for family travelers is that this is very much a "guest-friendly" hotel, so if you don't want to answer kids' questions about why those 55-year-old guys are hanging out with twenty-something Thai girls, or if you yourself are offended by seeing "the arrangements" in action, pick a different hotel and a different part of town. Me, I don't care, and this hotel is a wonderful value for the money.

Of course this is a great location - close to walking street, and the opposite way to the Big C, Carrefour, TESCO.
Has all ameneties. Price is thus higher. Even though our daughter is 11 years old, we had to pay for an extra bed - which is one thing I didn't like. And a roll-away bed at that.

Otherwise good for family. No hookers allowed back, unless you pay for an extra bed. So, this discourages the riff-raff traveler.

The location of the hotel is hard to beat. Two blocks from the beach, in the central part of the tourist belt of Pattaya. Easy walking up or down the beach and its adjoining sois filled with places to eat, shop, and make merry. It's a 15-minute walk to Walking Street, or a10-baht ride to get there.

The hotel itself is well-run and comfortable. It has two pools and three wings. I was in the middle wing, set back from the busy street outside, and had a pool view. I would gladly stay there on another visit.
