Room was very clean but had to ask for towels/washcloths and soap as the room was not completely stocked for the two occupants. Management did address the concern immediately and corrected it.
A/C was inconsistent at best; It was difficult to get the room temperature to a comfortable and consistent level.
The bed was way too firm for my liking.
Management was quick to address any concerns that I brought to their attention including finding one of the dogs wandering the hallway that had escaped from a guest room. (Was there for the FCRSA Speciality).
This Holiday Inn Express was not as nice as previous ones I stayed at; I would consider staying here again, but not for five days.

I experienced several personal complications not of anybody's making but my own. This caused repeated shifts in my reservation. In the end I also needed kind of an "open" departure date.

All my needs were accommodated in an extremely friendly, cooperative and efficient manner.

Will definitely utilize this particular motel when in Auburn area.

Room was nice. Breakfast was good with slightly different hot items each day. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I always get exceptional personalized ervice here... I continue to return even though lower local rates are available... I believe in loyalty with my customers and live it .
