We stopped by chance on our way home from Thanksgiving with family. The facility is top notch and the staff superb. The rate was more in line with a property with much less to offer. Great value.

I REALLY wish I could give this four or five stars, as the room service, the staff and for the most part, the accommodations were wonderful, but sadly, I cannot.

We stayed at the Sheraton while doing a bit of househunting in the area and the staff was amazing. They were kind and helpful, especially giving our 3 a.m. check-in from D.C. The room service was great, and I loved the shower and the room itself - modern and simple.

Unfortunately, as soon as we got back home, I noticed bites all over my legs, feet and right hand. I knew that this definitely wasn't something that we got at our own house, since we've never had this issue before. So I started researching bed bug bites and lo and behold, the exact bite pattern and symptoms. And when I researched the Sheraton Augusta and reports of bed bugs...well, there you have it. :(

Now I'm all itchy and covered in unsightly bites and it sucks.

I've been staying at this Sheraton regularly for several months now and I must say that the service has been consistently good! The front desk staff is knowledgable and courteous, housekeeping is thorough, and the onsite restaurant & lounge offers top-notch food, especially their steaks. Hotel management has been a pleasure to work with and very accomodating. I will choose this hotel each time I'm in the Augusta, GA area.

pretty much brand new. great showers small bathrooms, fantastic beds and all up dated amenities. resturant pricey bud very good. service is lacking in my opinion. great pillows for a good nights sleep. go to price line to get best pricing. very good work out room with new equipment. Wall Street, USA Today and the Augusta newspapers. GREAT VALUE
