Lamentamos mucho que la estadía de su familia en Hotel Cibeles no haya sido de su total satisfacción, este hecho ocurrió como única vez cuando usted y su familia se hospedo con nosotros. lamentablemente la persona que entro a la habitación era un cliente nuestro que se confundió de habitación. No nos estamos excusando, pero su comentario nos llevara a mejorar. mil disculpas!! y agradecemos su comentario.
