We've stayed here in July which appears to be a peak season for Nida. Since every premises were mostly booked, we had to change the room during our stay. So I'll post the photos of two types of rooms: category C and category B.
Prie Mariu is a guest house located in a quiet, non-busy place a bit apart from the center of Nida. It takes around 15 mins walk to get to the center of Nida where you can have meal in restaurants, buy some stuff in shops, get cash from cash from ATM etc. If you fancy a walk alongside the coast - that is the place for you. A bicycle solves that even better - it's available for rent at the hotel for 30 LTL (~7 EUR) per day, or for 40 LTL (~9 EUR) per day on the street.
If you plan to go to the sea, your location at Nida doesn't matter really. Nida is located at the Curonian Lagoon (which you are unlikely to swim in), so it would take almost the same distance (around 1,5 km) to get to the Baltic Sea, no matter which place you book in Nida.
Staff is very helpful and friendly, which is definitely the benefit of this place.
The guest house offers free WiFi internet. However, you get the best signal only close to the main building. If you'd like to connect in the room, you'd better use a laptop. My iphone and ipad couldn't connect in the rooms, only outside - near the main building. However the laptop did receive the signal in the room.
Prie Mariu has parking slots available which is important if you plan to visit Nida by car. Please note, that it's prohibited to use a car after 10 PM in Nida.
Breakfast time is 8-10 AM. You are typically served with local style fresh-cooked pancakes and as usual, vegetables, toasts, cheese, meat, salami etc.
If you'd like to have a dinner, you should request before lunch time. There is no restaurant, but you can buy some beer in the bar.
Rooms which we saw, were typically the same. A room of category B is slightly more spacious than a room of category C, and a small bit better renovated. Category C room, which we lived in, didn't have a TV. There was no air conditioning in either of rooms.
Although hotel staff warned us that payment via VISA card might be problematic, we made payment with no issues.
