We stayed in Royal Europe during the Druskininkai dog show. The hotel lobby seems a bit old and tired, but the rooms are ok and the surroundings are great for anyone traveling with dogs - big parks and the river right beside the hotel. We stayed in a double room on the riverside and had straight acces out. Some of the rooms also had private terraces which would have been a great addition. Driving to hotel was a bit tricky before we realised that it was ok to drive roads that looked like pedestrian walkways.

Welcome at the reception was perfect - lot of attention and smiles; Inside the Hotel - very nice and luxury; Room was perfect; Bathroom - here is some room for improvement - found short black hears not cleaned...I hate hairs...Cleaning service can be improved.
Restaurant and bar are OK, breakfast is OK, lunch - very nice, dinner - one day good, other day bad... depending on who is the cheef at this day in the kitchen?

I am visiting Druskininkai every year. after my last visit I could say just good words about the hotel. The staff has improved a lot, smiling and welcoming. Dining was just great. the rooms and surrounding area excellent and very convenient. Don't want to say anything bad about other hotels but I am glad I stayed at Europa Royale this time

Personal is not speaking English very good. About SPA procedures they don't know anything. Restaurant dinner what they offered was discussing. Walls were very thin and you could hear what someone is talking in the neighbor room or at bar. The interior of the room was ok and clean. Waste of money.
