Though I only stayed one night, it was very pleasant. The hotel is very striking in its round, concrete design. The room was a bit small, with TV and complete bath and balcony overlooking the park-like surroundings everywhere and very clean and neat. It was also air-conditioned.
The price is a little more than I hoped to pay, which is why I moved to another, but I was very satisfied with the service at the desk (the clerk spoke English), the restaurant was outstanding if a bit pricey. I had dinner there and the very sizeable breakfast buffet is included in the room price. Internet access was from a terminal in the lobby. There is a patio for eating and drinking outside which faces the excellent brick church among the large trees surrounding the entire hotel. It was great to have a beer on that patio.
The elevator is a one or at most two person affair and the way the call button is buried in concrete suggests the place was built in the Soviet era.
Druskininkai is a town of springs and baths, so most hotels have extensive menus of spa treatments. This one does not. Parking is along the street and I had no trouble finding a space.
If you are not interested in spa treatments or baths, but want a quiet, well-appointed logding, the Pusynas is a good choice. Their web site shows the striking exterior.
