We were offered the Vilnius Spa by Baltic Holidays in the UK as part of a trip to Lithuania - we stayed there for 3 nights, using the spa and the restuarant.
Druskininikai is a town that suffered at the end of the Soviet era as its regular, state funded, visitors stopped coming to the spas - since when it has re-invented itself for the leisure market by upgrading the hotels, and modernising the spa facilities - Vilnius SPa is a prime example of this.
The room, while in an 8 story 'block' from the outside was clean, warm and comfortable inside - maybe a little cramped, but with a small balcony overlooking the open areas at the rear of the hotel.
The restaurant was a basic fuel - not haut-cuisine here, but nothing to complain about.
Most guests are Lithuanian, German, or Russian it seems, and they are not too used to people without their own transport (but local taxis are cheap and accessible). The front desk staff, and 'management' all speak very good English, but the therapists, and 'service' staff get by on sign language.
The spa therapies are geared toward 'wellbeing' and while they do offer diagnosis and treatments, I'm not sure how well non-Lithuanians would get on with these. Prices are stupidly low!
There's no pretensiousness that I usually associate with spas - very unlike the British experience - this is 'serious stuff'! The therapists know their jobs and get on with it - no messin'!
The pool is clean, large, and - because of the time allocation of sessions - never crowded, and there are steam room, sauna and a jaccuuzzi. NOte that you can only use the pool in your allocated 90 minute slot!
There were people of all ages, from babes in arms through to pensioners - and absolutely no dress code whatsoever!
