HORRIBLE.We booked this last August for laulupidu this coming July. Today they called me and said that they are not going to offer the room anymore I asked thereason and she couldn't say, because they have several properties and didn't know what the particulars were. This awful, I booked far in advance because of the difficulty in getting rooms. Now we won't find anywhere in town to stay at this late date (May).
Do not trust them to keep your reservation.
Very disappointing and unprofessional.

We enjoyed staying at the Romeo Family Hotel (Apartments). We stayed one week. Enjoyed the breakfast very much. Had a nicely sized two bedroom apartment with a kitchen and a nice sized bathroom. We could come and go as we wanted. Did have to remember to bring the front door key as the front door was locked. Try to get an apartment not overlooking Suur Karja as it was noisy at night with revellers but otherwise quite peaceful. Easy access to old town and the center of town. We plan to stay here again on our return to Tallinn.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on Sur Karja. It was very large, clean and well furnished. We would definitely stay their again.

Stayed at the Romeo Hotel, 18 Suur Karja for five nights June 2007.
Unusual hotel as it is just a small part of a huge old building. More like having your own bedsit in Tallinn as once the receptionist has left you just let yourself in.
Nice room (not noisy as we were at the back of the building).
Own toilet and shower room.
Good breakfast in attractive dining room.
The receptionist was helpful with making ferry booking for me and helping me send an email (computer was Russian!)
Very convenient location as it's only about 3 minutes walk from the Town Hall Square.
Would recommend.
