A pleasant hotel with decent sized rooms and a good restaurant. It is slightly out of the centre of town, but an easy walk into the centre. The staff proved to be the real highlight though and were very helpful in arranging transportation.

We stayed at the Congress Hotel in Vilnius in September 2011. We arrived after a long flight at around midnight and the staff was waiting for us. The room was comfortable and clean. The next morning we were treated to an extensive breakfast that came with the room. All of the staff spoke English and tried hard to accommodate any request we had. The hotel is near Old Town - within walking distance - and is also next to a nice walk along the river. There are several shopping districts including a supermarket near the hotel. I recommend the hotel highly.

Stayed here for two nights while on a business trip. I liked the hotel. The staff was very friendly and service minded. When I checked in I got the code for the free wifi, and it worked fine for me. The hotel is 4 star rated, but I would say the room is more 3 star, and besides it was quite small. When it comes to cleaning, nothing to complain about, very clean! The breakfast was nice and varied, but maybe a bit different from the swedish ones I am used to... Location is good, within walking distance to old town. Over all, I am very satisfied, and if I go back to Vilnius, I would probably stay here again.
