“Very rude staff”

The hotel is very close to the slopes which is a plus although there is no nightlife and the town is 10km away and difficult to get to.

The staff were incredibly rude and the receptionist said to us she did not like English people. When were ordered drinks at the bar the staff would walk off and not serve us.

In the bungalows the heating was cut off for 5 hours every date which left the room freezing.

Jasna is a great ski resort but I would not recommend this hotel
