Lay pastoral location, owners and staff polite, smiling and recipients of guests in makes you want to return there. We stayed four days and enjoyed every minute.

hello, i am a travel agency and slept here on 24th july, since in that week end Bled organized special events.
I preferred something particular, and through a slovenian friend i booked this Pension Lectar.
It s been a fantastic experience, simple but also very warm, absolutely kind and familiar people, very very clean, comfortable rooms, breakfast ws excellet, good variety of choice and in a nice place with good view.
i did not try restaurant for dinner, i will surely try next time we go.

Gostilna Lectar is an interesting choice if you wish to visit the lake Bled region. The condition is to have a car, because Radolvjica, the town where Pension Lectar is, is about 5 km from Lake Bled.

It is a nice inn, with caring personnel, dressed in the folklore West-Slovenia style. The restaurant is also ok, if you'd like to try the culinary (heavy) specialties of this region.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my wife. We loved the quiet location (on a pedestrian old square) and the clean and modern room. When they renovated it, they discovered old paintings on the ceiling and walls and have nicely restored them. The bathroom is clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was nice (nice breads, cheeses/meats, jams, fruits, cereals, yogurts...)
The owner is super friendly and the staff was nice too. There is 2 small (free) parking lots less than 100m from the hotel for the people who live on the pedestrian square. However they will let you drive to the hotel if you need to drop off your bags.
The restaurant downstairs has a very nice atmosphere, and the food was good. There are also other restaurants in walking distance if you want to try something else.
Radovljica is a lovely town, just minutes away from Bled, but much more relaxed and quiet. We would definitely go back there and stay at the Lectar.
