This is one of the best hotels I've ever been to!! It is not regular hotel building, located in old renovated building in Chmielna street. The rooms you get are just fabulous, they are just huge studios with fully equipped kitchen, sometimes with two bathrooms and living room. I have stayed here couple of time in november and once I got 100 sq/m apartment with jacuzzi in the bathroom!!!
Free WIFI in all hotel rooms, most of the time working very good. There is a garage parking lot for 12 eur extra charge. The hotel is worth every cent and penny, it cost just around 80 EUR for superior studio. It is really not much for superb quality, spacious rooms with kitchen located in the centre of Warsaw. I will recommend Diana to anybody I know and who wants to visit Warsaw.

great hotel - very convenient to cafes, bars and rest. which are all nearby, lovely large room and very good rate - much more economical than in the old town, easier to walk to staion, about 15 mins.

I was happy surprised by the size of the rooms, the comfort, its class and privacy, the staff, the feeling of home away from home, and last but not least by the bill.
This residence which is part of the 'la Maison' group knows the meaning of 'hospitality'.
I am , in short, a fan.

I like the place and will come back again. Only 2 things to mention as negative is that rooms use to be smoking rooms and you still can smell it. Second thing is that staff ( room) never smile or say hi but it is in nmost of European hotels.
