It was my second stay at the apartments and I really loved it both times.
It's very central and convenient to the High Street shopping and coffee houses on Novy Swiat, the historic old town was in walking distance, and so was central station and the Palace of Culture. Bus stops are just outside too, connecting to the airport and other parts of the city, and a bargain compared to London commuting.
They are very spacious and clean, well appointed, including an excellent kitchen which I definitely appreciated as I love to cook. The heating was superb, as was the shower water pressure, and the reception staff were very friendly, staying late for my delayed arrival, and printing my boarding passes for my return flight.
My only dissatisfactions were the unreliable internet connection (I had to repeatedly switch between 3 different routers that they use), and that the DVD player wasn't functioning so I ended up having to use my laptop to watch movies. Also make sure you pack your own body gel and shampoo / conditioner as the shower didn't have any (though there is a Rossmann pharmacy conveniently downstairs). Also the kitchen didn't have any tea, coffee, sugar or milk, so you'll want to pop into a corner shop before you get too comfortable with your unpacking and post-flight relaxing!
But for the fantastic price and all the positive points I would definitely come again, and rate this a 9 out of 10 - if only I could swap my apartment over, I'd gladly live there instead!
