Although we had booking from HRS we were asked to pay immediately the total amount. I suggest to pay 1 night and the rest I wanted to prepaid the same day by the transfer, for guarantee I suggested preauthorization of credit card. Nothing was excepted. In the restaurant we couldn't put the bill on the room. We feld really like some swindlers. On the last day they close restaurant for some German turist group, but nobody inform us about it - they didn't even propose a room service or something similar.
To mention my wife speaks Polish so there was no misunderstanding. She spoke with reception manager but nothing was change. Only room was ok. With free internet.
Really there are better 3 * hotels in Wroclaw than Silfor.

I have been to Wroclaw 3 times and this was my first stay at the Europejski. I usually stay at the Polonia a few doors down from here so knew already that the Europejski was located with lots of amenities within a short walk eg the main railway station and the Arkady shopping mall. I felt very relaxed here as a lone female and the staff were helpful and attentive. Only criticism was the breakfast had to be paid for separately but it was fresh and tasty on the two days I decided to eat it. The historic city centre is about 10 mins walk away and I always enjoyed the walk there and back. Theatres and great music venues are on the same street. The room was clean and cosy with all the modern facilities and looked newly decorated. I would definately go there again.

Although it's always a bit sad to stay in single bedrooms, this one was at least spacious enough. Upon request a data cable is available at the reception ( English speaking staff ) in order to use the internet. Outside Parking is conveniently nearby. The City centre is a 15-20 minutes walk away but there are plenty of trams to catch if you prefer. i didn't take breakfast so cannot comment on that but otherwise i would certainly recommend the hotel if you're on a budget.

I just spent 3 days at the Europejski, and it was absolutely great. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable. All employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was absolutely the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Everything was fresh, the coffee great. In comparison to this one, any American chain owned hotel is a complete disaster at almost twice the price.
I hope to be in Wroclaw again next year and I will stay in the Europejski again for sure.
