Having read a number of negative reviews I wasn't sure what to expect from this hotel, We booked a twin room for 3 nights and were happy with the standard of accommodation for the price paid.
When we arrived the receptionist was friendly and spoke English so we were able to check in quickly.
Location was great, it was less than a 10 minute walk to the bus stop (the 406 bus takes you directly to the airport) To the town centre it was about a 15 minute walk.
The room was a good size and spotless, comfortable beds, it was a little noisy outside as the hotel sits on the main road where the trams regularly run. Large clean bathroom with a good shower. The room was nice and warm, we had no problems with the temperature.
Downsides were that there was no kettle or tea coffee making facilities in the room, personally for me this was a minus as if you wanted a hot drink in the evening, you could only get one by going down to the hotel restaurant (and there are no coffee shops in the near vicinity) however, 2 Bottles of mineral water were provided each day.
Also, there was no 'book' with hotel information/local area information maps etc, just a hotel menu.
We paid 25 Zt for breakfast, for Poland prices this was dear but I understand that in general hotels to tend to charge inflated prices. There was a varied selection of some hot items and polish food which was all fresh and tasty and is from 6-30-10.00.
