Leopart apartments are really nice and they are equipped with best facilites also. Mostly one will not have any problem in those apartments, but even if one has some issue, then apartment owner is really nice to solve them as soon as he can.... And the office staff is also very helpful. I am staying here from almost 40 days, but I am having almost no compaints :)
They are worth to enjoy wroclaw as all leopart apartments are near by city center, so awesome location to stay also.

We are regular visitors to Wroclaw and have booked various apartments with Leo Apartments as well as with other companies. We have stayed in their apartments in Ul. Wiezienna, Ul. Czysta and in the Rynek and enjoyed a very comfortable stay in each.

We have been really happy with the standard of the apartments and the service from staff. We've been pleased with Leo Apartments and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Their English is excellent so communication isn't a problem. We heartily recommend them for short and long stays.

We were surprised to read an earlier review and the apparently horrible experience they had. We can say that this was certainly not our experience, even when we needed assistance on weekends and public holidays.

The apartment was central but there ends my positive review of this place. Internet did not work, the toilet would only flush occasionally, the sofa-bed was broken (had to sleep on a thin mattress on the floor instead), furniture broke so my sister hurt her back. During our stay two men locked themselves into the apartment and sat down while my little sister was in the apartment by herself. They didn't speak a word of English, just shouted something in Polish, very terrifying for her. When we complained to Leoapart they promised on three separate occasions to call us back, which never happened. Finally, we got hold of the manager who accused us of lying instead. Wroclaw is beautiful and I recommend renting an apartment, but not from Leoapart.

I stayed at one of their appartments for a weekend with 5 friends, The appartment was situated in the main square, which was a great location and a great view. The Appartment was everything we needed and was clean and with everything you need for a stay.
The staff were amazing. On the last morning one of our party took ill and needed to be hospitalised. They called the ambulance and made sure they were there in case we needed to translate to the medics. I stayed behind with the person, who was kept in hospital for 3 days. The staff support was outstanding and thanks to Michael and his sister. They organised an smaller appartment and helped with my stay. Michael took me to the hospital every day and acted as a translater for me. They were exceptionally kind and with there help , they made a very stressfull situation easier.
