When we booked our stay, we spoke to Ewa. Her and her daughter were more than accommodating. They had someone there when we had a late arrival. The apt was beautiful, modern and immaculately clean. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the apt and it looked just like the pictures. We were very happy when Ewa's daughter was serving us at breakfast and told us that the chef can make us anything we wanted. We were very happy with omelets and they were delicious. Overall the stay there was pleasantly surprising. We felt very comfortable there and being away from home for a month, it felt good being in an apt instead of hotel. More of a feeling of home. Close to the Isaac synagogue, few meters from the main road and a short walk to old town, the apartment offers great privacy and comfort. Free wifi, breakfast cooked to order, spacious designer rooms, great bathrooms, airconditioned, lift, functional and modern kitchenette, flat TV, Innovation sofabed, workdesk, nice toileteries, safe, spotless cleanliness and warm and friendly staff - seems like a dream list? Very true. I am surprised it is listed #23 at the time of this review. Should list among the top definitely.

Perhaps has eight or ten apartments in all. Appeared to be running in full occupancy yet very quiet. Will return to stay here, without question.

Ewa, the manager, is available part of the time at the apartment. Call [--] or write to [--] for reservations. She even sent us a confirmation of accommodation for visa purposes. Staff speak English, give suggestions for restaurants, attractions. Overall a great stay, enjoyed Krakow.

Stayed a few nights in this aparment hotel and loved it. It is in a great neighbourhood with loads of restaurants and cool bars close by. The center is about a 15 minute walk.

The room/apartment was great and pretty big, nice decor and nice little touches like fresh flowers and espresso machine.

Breakfast (included in the price of the room) was at the restaurant downstairs and was really good and plentiful. Staff was extremely nice: on our last day we had to leave early and were going to miss breakfast, so the night before, they brought up to our room two plates full of bread, cheese and cold meats for our breakfast the next day.

I definitely recommend this place!
