Let's face it, the only good thing about this hotel is the price. 25 Euro for a double room is quite cheap for an hotel (even thoug for the same price or less, you can sleep anywere in poland in private rooms) but you get even less than what you pay for. Before Trip Advisor was invented, I used to trust my Lonely Planet guidebook in chosing hotels around the world, now those days are gone and should I checked the reviews on TA from other travellers, I would at least been prepared to what I was going to experience. LP guide advices it on top of their list and that alone is a sign something is going wrong with these guides. The hotel is old, almost abandoned, our room was dirty and, worst of all, the bed was completely unacceptable. No real mattress and you could feel the springs under your back one by one. The bathroom was what in Italy we refer to as "a cesso", which is nothing good. To hotel's credit I can say the (dirty) shower worked properly and that they, upon request, were able to provide a hairdrier. The free wireless internet was working in the room, too, but that is standard in Poland. This hotel is only good if you have no ambition for quality or cleanless and you only want to stay close to the railway station and pay a little. For all the other, plainly avoid it ! PS: if you really must go, ask for a room on the back of the main street, at least you will have some quiet at night.
