The hotel is in a lovely peaceful location with clean rooms and nice (if Skeletal) staff. However a word of warning to anyone planning a visit out of the July/August season without your own transport.
One is led to believe from the advertising info that there is a restaurant and a bar on board. We were told on checking in that they were not open and that we would have to travel Four Km (Two Km according to the brochure) to the Amber Baltic Hotel in the town to have our inclusive breakfast. We also had to do this journey for our evening meal as the Hansa ship restaurant was not open and there is nothing close by.
We cannot fault the buffet breakfast at the Amber Baltic as we expected nothing more than a continental breakfast of rolls, jam,Tea,Coffee etc but we did expect to have it without a Four Km walk, cycle(if available),bus journey or expensive taxi ride.
Even Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room would have been appreciated.
I'm afraid that this did put a large crimp in what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay.
