Those drawbacks are although only 5 mins walk from the beach, it is a good 15-20 min walk into town, and secondly no a/c. with perpetual dog barking during the nights!
Big comfortable room. Nice indoor pool. Breakfast OK. Easy parking outside but might be harder peak season. Clean and slick inside. Staff reasonably friendly but not much smiling - maybe because of the awful ties and brown uniforms they had to wear!
Hotel Neptun looked like the place to stay.
