With an amazing view over to the Castle. 5 star quality

The Residence is centrally located and is everything it was advertised to be. The apartment was large, spacious, fully equipped. The beds are large and comfortable, the room heating system worked and all the basics including a coffee maker were in the kitchen. We were even sent a small Christmas Tree by the Management to help celebrate the season. The shower was full pressure and hot water was plentiful.

The biggest benefit for us was the friendliness and support offered by the staff. They would attend to every item immediately and answer our questions, or find out and get back to us if they didn't. There is almost everything within walking distance and walking is a treat with so many old buildings all around us.

I stayed in one bedroom apartment number 52. This was my first stop in Europe trip. The first impression is... Wow... a big apartment with modern design and excellent view. During the trip we always seek help from there 24 hrs reception service, they are very helpful, We specially thanks the staff - Brabrara, she was very friendly and spend her every effort to help us. We will highly recommand this apartment to our friends.

I stayed in the one bedroom apartment (number 51) and my first impression of the apartment was "im in heaven".. The apartment was very sapcious, modern furniture, fully equipped , very clean , a beautiful view, and most important it was just in the heart of Prague. I was picked up from the airport by a gentleman, and i was also taken to the airport. The driver was very helpful explaining to me a little bit of history and sight seeing of Prague. When i got to the reception, (which is a two minute walk from the residence) i was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, and i was provided with very helpful information, including a map and all the events going on in prague... She advised me all the good restaurants and bars, and was very friendly and professional to me. I have been around the world, and i have been to a very few hotels and apartments with such class... This residence has made my stay enjoyable and fun. I strongly recommend this residence to everyone that visits Prague. A 5 star residence for me...
