This hotel (also known as The Galaxie) is fabulous. We stayed for 11 days and loved every minute. The place is modern from bar to restaurant to bedroom. Breakfasts, which included an espresso machine, were amazing. The staff was uniformly friendly, polite, helpful, smiling. Don't be put off by the fact that Suchol is a bit removed from downtown Prague. The Prague transportation system is great. You can go anywhere-bus, subway, or combination-for 90 minutes
on a single bus ticket, and it was a cheap ride to the city core. The city core was quite expensive, but the prices around Suchol are very reasonable. Do you know of places where the ratio of beer prices
in various establishments is five to one? The best price in town was the Sportsbar at the Galaxie! And the local restaurants are fantastic. We fell in love with a place called ``The Giraffe,'' about
200 metres from this hotel. Don't be tempted by downtown hotels. The Galaxie is the place to stay.

After reading some poor reviews, our party of 5 lads were suprised by the whole experiance at Wienna.
Upon arrival we were kindly greeted by the staff and shown to our rooms. By the looks of it the hotel is going through a transition period and a little building work is visable but looks nearly complete.

The hotel is modern throughout and rooms are very clean. Staff were polite and always willing to help.

Breakfast is basic, but the food in the restraunt is superb and the bar is well priced.

Overall we could not find fault with this hotel.

It was with some trepidation that we set off for the wienna Hotel a week after reading the previous review. We arrived to find it exactly as described. HOWEVER a very couteous receptionist greeted us with apologies for the situation and explained that a driver would take us to a nearby Hotel which they had organised for us. Armed withy a complmentary bottle of bubbly we were soon installed into very good accomodation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Prague.

If you are due to go to the wienna don't be dismayed you will be given a suitable place to stay and enjoy the beautiful City of Prague.

DO NOT GO TO HOTEL WIENNA THIS YEAR!
i visited there for a 3 day trip. after searching the internet and other people reviews and the price being fair, i decided to stay. the photos are lies they are photos of what it will look like in the future we were the only ''paying'' guests there the rest were BUILDERS! they were working on rooms all during the day till about 7 then they would take over the whole dining area for there meals , we were pushed into a smoky little room for breakfast with the big cheese's designers, surveyour's etc there was never anything left part from the rubbish dried up left over as the builders had been in and out taking stuff, when we turned up they were suprised we were there, and if i could speak czk i would have left striaght away. they have easy more than a year left of building left when u looked out the window it looked like iraq there building all round that area its a dump. food was rubbish as well if you wanted to eat during the day u had to have what the builders were eating. this didnt spoil my stay as prague is a fantastic place to be. the hotel wienna is a big no go.
