The hotel is in perfect condition. It was very clean and amazingly comfortable, I can say we sleep very, very well. The staff is nice and very helpful. The cousine at the hotel was so good at low prices, with high quality (gained 3kg in less than a week). Although it might seem far from the historic city center, that is not true. With a bus stop in front of the hotel and a small subway ride( 2 stations) within less than 20min we were right in the center of the city. Transportation passes several times a day and easy to get around. We would refer this hotel to anyone that wants to see and enjoy everything the city has to offer.

I visited Hotel Galaxie recently and I was very satisfied - I got one very comfortable, renovated, clean room...stuff at front desk was very helpful a and ready to fulfill every my wish (almost :-) ) and that is how it should be...and the best at the end: restaurant Splendido was a big surprise - very nice environment and T-Bone steak was excellent....

When coming back to Prague, Hotel-Galaxie again :-)

The hotel Wienna is a very nice, clean, comfortable location for spending several nights in Prague. The front desk staff are truly wonderful! They go out of their way to be friendly, helpful beyond any usual level of expectations, and do it with kind words and smiles. They are quite competent English speakers as well.

The hotel taxi/shuttle service is quite dependable as well. The rooms are nicely appointed, and comfortable, even if a bit small with a king size bed.

The breakfasts are always superb, and while many tour groups move through the hotel, the breakfast service is always fully stocked and tables are kept clean.

The hotel reservations web site produces very quick
replies to any questions. These replies are also very friendly, and extremely helpful. Indeed, I felt that I had a friend awaiting me as I checked in to the hotel, because the reservations communications had been so complete and helpful.

One who is not overly demanding for luxury accomodations will truly enjoy this hotel, its setting, and the wonderful people who make the place function efficiently and in a most welcoming manner.

This hotel (also known as The Galaxie) is fabulous. We stayed for 11 days and loved every minute. The place is modern from bar to restaurant to bedroom. Breakfasts, which included an espresso machine, were amazing. The staff was uniformly friendly, polite, helpful, smiling. Don't be put off by the fact that Suchol is a bit removed from downtown Prague. The Prague transportation system is great. You can go anywhere-bus, subway, or combination-for 90 minutes
on a single bus ticket, and it was a cheap ride to the city core. The city core was quite expensive, but the prices around Suchol are very reasonable. Do you know of places where the ratio of beer prices
in various establishments is five to one? The best price in town was the Sportsbar at the Galaxie! And the local restaurants are fantastic. We fell in love with a place called ``The Giraffe,'' about
200 metres from this hotel. Don't be tempted by downtown hotels. The Galaxie is the place to stay.
