We came home last night from Prague, a great 3-day city break. The Hotel Residence Mala Strana was in a good location, close to trams and buses, but in the side street, so quiet at night. Beds were really comfortable, room was clean. Room 504 has attic windows, so no view. Buffet breakfast was plentiful with choices of hot or cold food. The staff were friendly and smiled all the time.
Now, here is the puzzle - the hotel room no 504 was a Junior Suite, advertised as having a kitchenette, kettle, minibar and fridge etc. In fact, there was no kettle, one cup, two saucers, three knives and two forks, and a few mismatched plates. Dear traveler,
thank you so much for your feedbacks and with this occasion we wish you a happy new year!
We are glad to hear you had a pleasant stay in our hotel.
Regarding your questions. Not all rooms have a kitchenette, for example the Junior Suite you are mentioning - 504 - has not but in the ones where it is, guests can find a little card where it is mentioned that kitchen amenities and equipment are provided by the front desk on request.
For your information, all the Senior Suites (except two) have the kitchenette and only some of the Junior Suites - it is therefore recommended to mention it in the reservation.
Concerning the plughole in the bathroom, we are sorry you find it uncomfortable, we will check it out and try to find a suitable solution.
Looking forward to welcome you again soon and in the next occasion please do not hesitate to contact us directly and we will be more than happy to assist you in order to make your stay even more pleasant.
Best regards
