A group of 15 stayed in this hotel, we found it to be very adequate, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the housekeeping service was excellent, and the breakfast was very nice, as a group we found the bar very small, some of us had to sit in the reception area, overall we were very happy with thsi hotel, it was very central to old town and wenscelas square.

The hotel was more like a 2/3 star attempt. The room was large and multi chambered but next to the elevator (clicking whirring noises whenever used) The toilet was indescribable and had no right angles so seemed like being enveloped in some type of escher painting.Had what I think was a german under 21 football team staying for a few days that managed to make enough noise and boyish antics to keep most of prague awake, and yet no attempts at control by hotel staff. The bed affected both of our backs and therefore also disrupted sleeping. Church bells.....ugg...The toilet flushed weakly and sometimes rerquired several flushes to get rid of brown fishes n paper. the hot water took several minutes to reach the taps. Rubbish n stuff under the bed from before the fall of the wall. Gave up on breakfast as left us feeling unwell for rest of day (oh and hard to get food being trounced and pushed in by a whorde of old russians)

Pro's - excellent location, good transfers out very reasonable. usual amenities (tv/fridge etc)

This hotel was advertised at the Prague Airport as Hotel Bila Labut but there was no mention of the fact that it was a Best Western hotel. We didn't know that it was a Best Western until we arrived. The hotel was fine - nothing special - but it was adequate. Definitely not 4 stars like they claim. It is close to the main tourist attractions which is nice. The price was right and I would stay there again the next time I am in Prague.

The hotel is a reminiscent of an old era....socialism. Although newly renovated, the rooms are definitely small. If you travel with 2 suitcases (which is perfectly normal for 2 persons) there won't be much room left. There is no microwave in the room, no fridge, no internet (at all) no sat tv, no....a lot of things.
One thing is that the hotel staff was pretty friendly and the hotel is clean. The breakfast was great and that alone I think makes up for a lot.
Value for money? well....no so much, and definitely not a 4 star. If you travel with family and kids, you can forget it. The street is pretty noisy, and the clock in the nearby tower will wake you up every 30 min.
