When visiting Prague, the Four Seasons, located conveniently adjacent to the Charles Bridge with views of Hraceny castle and a comfortable 10 minute walk to the Old Town Square is the place to stay! Very nicely appointed rooms, beautiful lobby with an excellent restaurant with outdoor seating overlooking the river with views of the castle.

the staff is excellent and works very hard to exceed your expectations - they are quick to learn your name, remember where you've been, are polite in asking how everything was and are a good source for things to do (beyond the concierge)

Hotel was beautiful, in a great location, walking distance to so many attractions and very close to public transportation. We had a corner room with two exposures, juliet balcony on one--so spacious and gorgeous. Great bedding and pillows, beautiful bathroom. Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Staff couldn't be more helpful.

Absolutely amazing. Great rooms, extremely great location between charles bridge and the old town; can't be better. Concierge services are great and they are really helpful in providing all the information to fit your needs and expectations.

If you ever go there ask about their concierge chef called Petr; he is such a gentleman and he really of great knowledge, help, and kindness.

As a great tour guide there do ask Four Seasons about Dasha; simply great. When dealing with Dasha do pay her directly as the hotel will charge VAT if you pay through them.

We were there for two nights and while we found it exceptionally comfortable and the service close to perfect, I was left wondering if even that justified the enormous cost. I suppose it did. The location is excellent, the concierge set us up with a extremely knowledgeable and charming guide, but the dining room, bar area that overlooks the river was closed for renovation, which is what I think would've put the experience over the top.
