As everyone else says - it's a great value hotel in a perfect location. Fantastic breakfast, helpful, friendly staff, and we found the hotel organised taxi to + from the airport very useful.

Superb location to explore Prague from, while still affordable. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated, with cosy tea & coffee corners on each floor as well as spacious rooms/bathrooms.

Little touches added, like hot maple and snacks welcoming you after a day walking around the city plus free wi-fi etc. Staff always helpful too. Can't praise Unitas highly enough.

The Unitas is located within a short walking distance from main locations. The premises are beautiful and the history of the biulding interestipng and impressive.

I truly enjoyed my stay (the breakfast was of nice quality and the room really good) untill the check out. That's when the things started to go dramatically wrong. The front desk charged me an other person's room and not only one but three times! It took 30 minutes to get us checked out and still I needed to settle my account with the credit card company at home. This all without a single apology. Real level of service is measured in the way mistakes are corrected and dealt with.

We stayed here on our first trip to Prague. We opted for the airport pickup as after 29hrs of travelling (we are from Australia) we didn't want any extra hassle.

We we dropped off at the front door and from there the very helpful staff got us in to our room quickly.

The rooms are basic but of high quality with plenty of room to store 2 large suitcases. The bathroom was huge. I've honestly stayed in hotel rooms smaller than that bathroom. It even had a view of a crucified Jesus in the courtyard. Just the thing for an atheist like me!

The breakfast was fantastic. It was far beyond your standard (in my experience anyway) included breakfast. So much so we double checked it didn't cost extra. From cereal, fruit, bacon to one off omelettes and pancakes if you don't mind the 'wait' (if you call a couple of minutes a wait). There was even sparkling wine - not that we tried it. Staff here were friendly and after the 2nd day they knew our coffee order.

If I travel back to Prague, I'd stay here again. I don't know how it rates against other Czech hotels, but for the money it was one of the nicest places I've stayed on holiday. Absolutely value for money.
