wonderful hotel helpful and friendly staff best staff member the guy who worked at the tea shop be day he was lovely couldn't help enough and always smiling and chatty spoke very good English, he brought us tea up to our room complete with cups a tea pot milk and chocolates lovely touch! we also brought the wrong plug and asked if the hotel could lend us one he looked then found one when i was on my way back to the room which he brought it up. He was great telling us where the metro was, great city location as just a metro into the busy center great nights sleep being in a quiet area of a city great eating places near by. breakfast was lovely lots of choice and get your own so you can fill up. so all in all great hotel, great price, great staff, and great location
