family-run and very friendly. spent two nights here. the evening meal is good value. the location is great. quite ancient decor and no television but fine for €50 per night. thin walls however sunny balcony for rooms.

Roses and the hostal were an excellent place to relax for some days after some heavy city hopping, the property is just a minute from the sea, well located in the town center and had all we needed for a fair price: a basic but very clean room with a good bed, a nice little balcony, our own bathroom and free wifi (to finally get down and write to my friends!). There was a very nice terrace for breakfast, don't miss out on that. And spot on on the receptionist's advice, among them a spectacular secluded beach!

we went there last september when we expected the region to be less crowded than august but it took us some time to find a place to sleep, luckily we did very well, the hostel was located right in the center and just 1 minute from the beach, had a parking and free WIFI which was important to us (and was very clean), with the budget we had we were not looking for more (although they could have a tv in the room), but where this hostel made a difference was in the constant great advice and help they gave us for anything we asked for from restaurants to what to visit etc, dont miss the garden terrace they have, a great place to chill and if you get a chance to chat with Ms Rom you wont regret, she is a very charming and interesting person who knows a lot about the region
