I went here on a school trip. This first sentence could put off many people not interested in sharing a hotel with a group of teenagers, but depending on the time of year you go, you should be ok! The rooms were very clean, with nice bathrooms and a balcony, some with a seaview. The food was nice and there was a range to choose from, all buffet style, with different mains each night. The area was also very nice, about a 3 minute walk from the beach, with a park for children. Whilst there we explored the surrouding areas of Roses. There is most definitely not a shortage of things to do! You can visit Girona and Cadaques, both only a bus journey away, also Figueres, home to the Salvador Dali museum. You can even get a coach to the city of Barcelona, where we visited La Sagrada Familia, Parc Igual and Las Ramblas. Or if you want to see more of Roses, you can take a ride on the 'Roses Express train' on a guided tour by trained professionals. I would most definitely recommend it to people travelling in a large group like i did, the services were perfect for our needs, and also to anyone thinking of taking a short break away. We went mid March last year and had amazing weather. I hope this has helped anyone thinking of visiting the Prestige Goya Park. (:
