Gret value for the money - we had a suite of rooms including large living room/kitchen, bedroom, marble bathroom, all beautifully clean and in perfect condition. Also had a private patio attached to our ground floor rooms. Breakfast deliverd to the room at time of your choosing. Excellent location at the edge of town, feeling of the countryside but easy walking distance to town. Pool and spa available. Excellent host Michael was very helpful and he keeps everything running perfectly.

We had a great stay here. We had a 2nd floor room overlooking the pool and I believe all rooms come with a very well laid out small kitchenette. The rooms are simple, but very clean and very nice - only issue is that the bed is on the harder side, wired internet connection is free but slow and bedroom is a bit small but sufficient to comfortably fit a couple. Breakfast each morning is brought to your room - croissants, cornflakes & cocoa puffs, packaged breads, etc. We supplemented by making eggs in the kitchenette. Michael (the innkeeper) is incredibly warm and congenial. Plus, the town of Bevagna is terrific and centrally located to seeing the rest of Umbria.

We had a great time ,the location very comfortable for travelling in all Umbria,suits are large,clean and cozy.The breakfest is rich,spa & swiming poll are great,bycicles free,internet free and finnaly the owners -- very friendly and helpfull.In our opinion -we can not find better place to have a great time in Umbria

The host Michele couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely clean 2 room apartment beautifully set up with everything we needed. Lovely shuttered windows and balcony overlooking the old walled town of Bevagna which is only a 2 minute walk and very interesting. Lovely countryside views, quiet. Free bicycles, pool. We easily visited all the main Umbrian towns from here and there was plenty of easy access parking. An excellent place to stay in Umbria.
