I was a long term visitor at the beginning of this year (2010). The customer service my party received was patchy at best. While I personally was treated in a vaguely polite fashion, others in my group were falsely accused of anti-social behaviour by other residents who were racially motivated in their treatment of our group. Upon registering our concerns with the staff, the staff did not listen and began to be rude in their treatment of our group.
The cleanliness of the rooms was also questionable. Whilst the bathrooms were decent, the bedding upon arrival was dirty and the blankets, covered in pubic hair, were not changed despite our requests for warmth in the cold weather. The heaters also broke down halfway through our stay and no-one bothered to fix them, and despite the rooms being contracted by our employers to be cleaned once a week, mine was cleaned once during our month there and my clean bedclothes were dumped in the corner of the room instead of being put onto the bed and changed.
I paid for a month's internet in my room, but the cable was only delivered after a week and my money for the week was not refunded despite only having three weeks of service.
The main positive point of this hotel is its location near the RER station, other than this, I would not stay here again.
