I was a long term visitor at the beginning of this year (2010). The customer service my party received was patchy at best. While I personally was treated in a vaguely polite fashion, others in my group were falsely accused of anti-social behaviour by other residents who were racially motivated in their treatment of our group. Upon registering our concerns with the staff, the staff did not listen and began to be rude in their treatment of our group.

The cleanliness of the rooms was also questionable. Whilst the bathrooms were decent, the bedding upon arrival was dirty and the blankets, covered in pubic hair, were not changed despite our requests for warmth in the cold weather. The heaters also broke down halfway through our stay and no-one bothered to fix them, and despite the rooms being contracted by our employers to be cleaned once a week, mine was cleaned once during our month there and my clean bedclothes were dumped in the corner of the room instead of being put onto the bed and changed.

I paid for a month's internet in my room, but the cable was only delivered after a week and my money for the week was not refunded despite only having three weeks of service.

The main positive point of this hotel is its location near the RER station, other than this, I would not stay here again.

It is not safe to stay here. I stayed here for one month in January. We had to call the police one night because of a very violent domestic fight going on for over 2 hours in the room next to us. We went down to reception to find an emergency contact number before we called the police as we were terrified..... There was none. Instead we found an Apart city bookings number and when we rang them and told them what was happening he said to us "What do you want me to do about this?" He then said he would try and ring the manager, but he never came. The police never came either when we called them!!!

The next day for fear of the women who was being beaten up safety, I went to reception to ask for someone to check if she was ok and still alive. I was told by the acting manager "Oh don't worry about it. This is a regular occurrence. Next time just ignore it." Hence the reason the police did not come, they are also used to this happening here.

Well I am sorry but that is not acceptable, they should be kicked out, as it is not accpetable for other guests to be scared in a place where they are staying.

Apart from this he standard of this accommodation is ok, if you like ripped sheets and dirty linen. When I asked for some clean under sheets I was at first told to just shake the hair off them. It was not until I demanded clean sheets did I get them.

Over all if it was cleaned and managed properly this could be a good/nice place to stay but unless things change drastically, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I am not a fussy person, I just want to stay somewhere that is clean and where I feel safe and this was neither. Avoid it at all costs.

I have nothing to comment about it...I payed just 30EUR/night so I assumed the conditions for this price. It was nice that apartment had a kitchen so we could cook ourselves our meal (cheaper this way).
