I have stayed in Citea about 3 times in about 3 years. As I stay for 7 days to one month, I find this hotel OK for my needs. The main reason for choosing this hotel is that it is within walking distance from the RER station and also near my place of business.
Rooms can be classified as small (or) cozy depending on how you look at it. They are small and are barely about 100 sq ft. I have stayed with family once when I took two rooms together. They had a door in between and hence we used the first room to cook and watch TV and the second to sleep!
Citea is designed for long stays and hence comes with a small shelf cum cook area. It has hot plates, microwave, fridge etc... and a good set of cookware and cutlery. Of course, you need to get all your groceries and start cooking your meals.
The bathroom is small, but, passable. The rooms have Cable TV and free wireless internet for your laptops.
Rates are pretty good for long stays. It is possible to get 50% off on the daily rates if you were to stay on for a month. That makes the rooms really worth your money
The reception can do better. Most don't speak English and may not be able to help you if you are new to Paris. They do accept Traveler's Checks, though, which came as a surprise. Another tip: Bookings are cheaper through internet rather than calling them directly on phone.
Otherwise, there is absolutely nothing to do within 10-20Kms of this hotel as most commercial establishments close shop by evening. And worse, they close completely on Sundays. So, for bare minimum entertainment and nightlife, the only option is to take the RER and head to Paris. The last train reaches near this hotel around midnight.
