I honestly can't even give this place one star. I don't know about the other locations, but unfortunetly we stayed in this one in Cergy for 4 nights. This was the worse hotel I have ever seen in my life. The room and walls were very dirty and the whole floor of our room smelled like urine! There was old food and hair in the mattress on our first stay. There was only one outlet in the room and it was loose from the wall so we couldn't even use it. And the power went out several times..the rooms on their website look so much nicer and brighter than is really is, they must have had a good photoshop designer. This was not a hotel, it was like living in a homeless shelter. It was torture staying here and we had no other choice..plain and simple, stay someplace else!!

A lot of reviews say this hotel's room and bathroom are very small. I was expecting it to be small as well but it wasn't as small as people said. It was quite livable. We stayed there for 5 nights. If you intend to go to paris every day, know that it will take you 40minutes to get there and back, and more depending on what you see in city. Versailles was almost an hour ride.

The good things about this hotel,
- Staff speak English and are very polite/kind
- Hotel very close to an RER line that gets you to city (5minute walk or less)
- Very cheap
- The cleaner who cleaned our rooms everyday did a very good job, she would even tidy your desk for you!
- 5 minutes or less to a mall/supermarket (With a self checkout machine in it so you don't need to understand french)
- Free Wifi internet (Though it sometimes worked sometimes didn't)

The bad things about this hotel,
- It's very far from paris (40minutes roughly via Train)
- The room can get very very hot and stuffy, only way to relieve it is to open the window but insects will fly in.
- Depending on who your neighbors are in the hotel room, it can get very loud! The soundproofing isn't very good, you can hear other people in the hotel. If there are babies, you won't be able to sleep.
- Because it's in Zone 5, quite far from center of Paris, the staff in the shops nearby don't really speak English.

I had to stay in this hotel for 2 nights as my place of business was walking distance away.

I must say that I have never stayed in smaller rooms in my entire life. The hotel, though 10+ storyed, has surprisingly small rooms of 75sq ft. The bath/toilet is astonishingly small, with barely enough space to turn. I can understand that space is a premium in Paris. But, in suburban areas like Cergy, this is next to unacceptable. You could get claustrophobic. There are even bunker beds and I suspect the hotel is targetted more towards college types.

Breakfast has nothing special, but the usual breads and is passable.

The location, though, is pretty good. The main shopping area is walkable and the Cergy Metro Station as well as the bus station is just a stone's throw away. If not for this location, I dont see any reason why anyone would opt for this hotel
