this hotel is situated in Cergy.
The room was very nice and comfortable, there is a very little fridge but is more than enough if you want to keep somethign in your room. the hotel is not to far from the marina, you just need to walk 15 minutes and you will find some pubs where to relax in the evening.
They should improve the breakfast offer: bread and fruits in particular. Sometimes there were no bread and no good fruits to choose. Coffee is not so strong for the morning.
Staff at the reception was not friendly the first night I arrived. At the contrary, the girls in the morning were very kind and helpful.

I have stayed here a couple of times this year.

Our office is not too far away in Cergy hence me staying here usually arriving the night before and getting a good sleep.
Parking is easy and the welcome at the reception is very good and efficient.
If the hotel is full call them and see if you can't get a room at the last minute.

The best rooms are the ones on the ground floor. I had earlier in the year room 145 which is in fact for people with restricted movements. The bathroom is much bigger and pleasant so is the room but the price is higher.

I enjoy having a light dinner while enjoying a glass of wine and reading one of the French newspapers that are complimentary.

The breakfast is a buffet and is fine. Often crowded so com early ie 7.20AM or so and you won't have any problem to find a table.

Free internet for 6 hours so it makes the stay a very good price/quality ratio.

I use this hotel occasionally when working at a site in Eragny. The rooms are a larger than some other hotels in the vicinity and have tea/coffee making facilities.
The restaurant is somewhat limited for evening meals but has adequate variety for a short stay. Breakfast buffet is good with a reasonably wide range. Service in the restaurant has, at times, been well below standard but has improved considerably recently.
Reception staff are very friendly and helpful and there is free internet in the foyer.
The hotel is not cheap of its type but is not unreasonably priced and does have the option of late cancellation with no fee.

This hotel is currently undergoing renovation and they were working on the room above me. The last day, I wanted to sleep in, but could not since they started doing work. Otherwise the work doesn't start till after 8:00 am. Beds were so, so and pillows felt like balls of cotton. Also surprised to see no clock in the room. Breakfast was good. Hotel is 10 minutes walks to the METRO RER A which takes you straight into Paris.
