Stayed here for 8 nights in August. We are frequent visitors to Noosa and have stayed in lots of different apartments. We had actually stayed at this complex 2 years ago, but the unit we stayed in was managed by a local estate agent.We had really enjoyed staying there and of course the location is a big plus.With our past experience being good we tried to book again through the local agent but it was'nt available. I then went on to their own website and was suprised to see such good specials on offer, so I did'nt hesitate to make a booking.The website looked attractive. I booked a 2 bed with a partial view of the river view and that was a bonus. Just be aware that some pictures may look attractive but nothing like it when you get there!!
The unit was grimey, dated and depressing. I made a complaint about the carpets, which were the dirtiest I had ever seen in a holiday apartment!
The penthouses are probably the best option as they have obviously undergone renovation and have positive remarks on the website and tripadvisor.
Please get the 'Hotel Inspector' out to this one, the management need advise!
Picked up on the lack of customer service and when I checked out I was not even asked if we had a pleasant stay and whether everything was Okay after my complaint!
I have emailed the management with this feedback and they have returned with an offer of a special rate if we return again. I was happy to receive some compensation but even though the location is great we would not return again.

Unfortunately first immpressions are everything and the gruff front counter service at this establishment says it all. Our room was just ok but we stayed with another family and their unit was awful! Very dated with basic kitchen supplies. Hastings Street position is great but no pool and no friendly service is a big let down.

Hard trying top find something affordable in Hastings Street.

2 Hastings is right on the end of Hastings, great to start walk up and down Hastings, easy to walk to all the shops, cafes etc. so the location is great! and as it is on one end it probably is quieter than being in the middle of the strip with cars and people around.

The apartment we had was clean and presentable, the furniture was nice, the layout (bathroom) is probably a little dated and the rooms slightly small, however as we werent in the apartment for long as we were out all day it was no big problem and the main thing is that the place was clean!

Would definately recomend this place as somewhere central and affordable, and would stay again!

Stayed here with the kids during school holidays and it was a great location, quiet location next to the Woods north end of Hastings St on the river.
We had one of the newly renovated penthouses overlooking the river and loved sitting out on the deck watching the sunset.

Apartment kitchens were small and did not have an oven, only a cooktop and microwave and apartments are not huge, but big enough for a family of 4 who eat out.
No pool in this complex but so close to main beach does not matter.
Parking is underneath the building
